Terms of use
These terms keep the ShiftLoop experience clear: it is a personal planning tool for changing work rosters.
Using ShiftLoop
These Terms of Use govern your use of ShiftLoop, a personal schedule app published by Tonoz. You may use ShiftLoop for your personal, lawful planning. No account is required.
ShiftLoop is not an employer scheduling system, payroll service, timekeeping record, or safety and emergency advice. Check your employer's official roster and follow applicable workplace rules when they differ from a schedule shown in the app.
Subscriptions and purchases
ShiftLoop shows a personalized schedule preview before purchase. Continued access to the main app and ShiftLoop Plus features may require an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. Plus features include one-off schedule changes, shift alerts, Apple Calendar export, and local backup/restore. Apple shows the current price, billing period, and any offer before you confirm a purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions or through Apple's subscription management page.
Use ShiftLoop support for purchase questions. Use Restore Purchases in ShiftLoop while signed in to the Apple ID used for the purchase.
Calendar, reminders, and permissions
Calendar export is an optional Plus feature. If you allow Calendar access, ShiftLoop creates and refreshes ShiftLoop-marked working-day events in the calendar selected by Apple. You are responsible for reviewing exported events if your roster changes.
Shift alerts are scheduled locally on your device and depend on the notification permission and settings you choose. Backup files are created only when you explicitly export them. Campaign measurement is optional and is described in the Privacy Policy.
Content and availability
ShiftLoop's software, design, text, and visual assets belong to Tonoz or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except where applicable law permits it.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of ShiftLoop when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes. We do not promise that every feature will be available on every device or at all times.
Apple's standard license
Where applicable, the Apple standard end user license agreement also applies to your use of the app: Apple Standard EULA.
Privacy and contact
The ShiftLoop Privacy Policy explains how the app handles local schedule data, optional measurement, and subscription services. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@tonoz.app.
