Common questions

How do I set up my first schedule?

Tap Set up my schedule, choose the roster description that feels closest to your work, and tap That’s me. Choose the closest rotation, enter the date of your next shift, select Day, Evening, or Night, and review the personalized week. Tap Continue to ShiftLoop Plus to choose a subscription. The preview is generated on-device before purchase; a fresh install needs an active subscription or a restored purchase to enter Today.

What if my roster does not match a preset?

Choose Custom rotation during setup, or open the Schedule tab and tap Edit. You can change the work and rest-day counts, anchor date, shift type, start time, and length. ShiftLoop Plus also lets you tap an individual calendar day to record a swap, day off, changed time, or temporary label without changing the repeating rotation.

How do I turn on shift alerts?

ShiftLoop Plus includes local alerts before a shift and at shift end. Open Settings → Shift alerts, choose One hour before and/or At shift end, and allow notifications if iOS asks. Alerts are scheduled on your device and refreshed when you change the schedule.

How do I add working days to Apple Calendar?

Open the Schedule tab and tap Add working days to Apple Calendar. ShiftLoop requests Calendar access only when you use this feature, then adds the next 30 days of working shifts to Apple's default calendar.

Can I back up my schedule?

Yes. In Settings → Safety copy, choose Export schedule backup and save the private JSON file wherever you keep your documents. Choose Restore from backup on another device or after reinstalling ShiftLoop. Review the file destination and keep it private because it contains your schedule configuration.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open the ShiftLoop Plus screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase. If the subscription still does not appear, email support with the device model and iOS version; do not send payment details.

Is my schedule uploaded?

Your saved schedule is stored on your device. ShiftLoop does not send your saved dates, times, generated occurrences, or calendar entries to Tonoz. Optional product and campaign measurement uses the providers described in the Privacy Policy.

How do I change campaign measurement?

In ShiftLoop, open Settings → Privacy → Campaign measurement. You can also review Apple's tracking control in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining measurement does not prevent you from using your schedule.
