ShiftLoop is a personal roster tool. This policy explains what the app stores on your device and what service partners receive when you choose optional measurement or subscriptions.
ShiftLoop does not require an account. Your roster profile, pattern, anchor date, shift type, start time, duration, one-off day changes, labels, and generated schedule are stored locally on your device. ShiftLoop does not send your saved dates, times, generated occurrences, or calendar entries to Tonoz's servers. A small number of product events can include a selected roster profile, pattern, or shift type so we can understand setup behavior; they do not include your schedule dates or user-entered labels.
Shift alert preferences are also kept locally. When you enable an alert, ShiftLoop schedules a local notification on your device; it does not send your roster to a notification service. A backup file is created only when you explicitly export it and is handled by the location you choose in Apple's file picker.
Deleting ShiftLoop removes its locally stored schedule from that device. Calendar events exported to Apple Calendar are managed separately by Apple and remain subject to your device's Calendar controls.
ShiftLoop uses a small number of service providers for product operation and measurement. They may process information under their own privacy policies.

ShiftLoop is a general productivity app and is not directed at children under 13. Tonoz does not knowingly collect personal information from children through ShiftLoop.
