Using Morse Coach

These Terms of Use govern your use of Morse Coach, an educational practice app published by Tonoz. You may use the app for your personal, lawful practice. You do not need an account to use the app.

Morse Coach is provided for general learning and practice. It is not professional, licensing, safety, or emergency communications advice. You are responsible for deciding how to use anything you learn in the app.

Subscriptions and purchases

Morse Coach may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store. The price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or through Apple's subscription-management page. Apple handles billing, refunds, and payment information under its applicable terms.

Content and intellectual property

Morse Coach, including its software, design, text, audio generation, and course content, is owned by Tonoz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except where applicable law permits it.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Morse Coach when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes. We do not promise that every feature will be available on every device or at all times.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version at this URL. The effective date identifies the current version. If a change is material, we will provide notice where required by law.
